Well, we're taking it to a whole new level!  'Kettlebells and Kardio!' is a unique mix of kettlebells, kickboxing, body weight circuits, core strength, full body muscle toning, flexibility, CARDIO, strength training, abs, abs, and more ABS!

                        What are the Benefits?
